Please use the consignment note enclosed with the consignment

This is how it works:

  • Completely fill out the consignment note
  • Enclose the consignment note with the return shipment
  • Pack the goods appropriately to avoid transport damage
  • Send the return with sufficient postage and send it to our return address, we recommend insured shipping
  • At best, the return will be sent back within the 14-day period, but we would be happy to receive it promptly.
