This is how it works:
- Completely fill out the consignment note
- Enclose the consignment note with the return shipment
- Pack the goods appropriately to avoid transport damage
- Send the return with sufficient postage and send it to our return address, we recommend insured shipping
- At best, the return will be sent back within the 14-day period, but we would be happy to receive it promptly.
